	In 1967, Pete signed a seven year contract with Universal and made several major guest appearances on other shows before starring in the series Alias Smith and Jones in 1971.
	The Virginian Two episodes - The Good Hearted Bad Man in 1968 and The Price of Love in 1969.

	The Bold Ones: The Lawyers One episode - Trial of a PFC in 1971.

	The Psychiatrist Two episodes - The pilot God Bless the Children (aka Children of the Lotus Eater) in 1970 and the first episode of the series In Death's Other Kingdom in 1971.

	The Name of the Game Two episodes - The White Birch in 1968 and The Savage Eye in 1971.

	Ironside One episode - The Perfect Crime in 1968.

	The FBI One episode - False Witness in 1967. He also appeared in an earlier episode Slow March Up a Steep Hill in 1965, before he signed the contract with Universal. However, this was not a major guest star appearance.

	Marcus Welby M.D. Two episodes - the pilot A Matter of Humanities in 1969 and The Passing of Torches in 1971.

	Insight One episode - A Woman of Substance in 1970
